NOT POOR - FAIR JUST POOR!
The POOREST customer service I have EVER received anywhere for any type of customer service! Her office had my information for TWO MONTHS and did nothing with it. Then when I went in to see the status of the requested work, I was YELLED at by LINDA , and told I was the lowest priority and that I was not important to them at all!!! I informed them of a deadline still 1 month away and was told to take my business elsewhere! I have done that and vowed to take as much other business away from that office as I can! TERRIBLE experience! Highly recommend anyone other than this office!
