I paid off the balance of my loan as it stated on my account, only to find out that I owed an additional $225 due to "simple interest". I find that incredulous and am in the process of filing complaints with anyone who will listen.
The worst loan company ever..really!
This company is a complete scam. They will say payments are processed, show your payment subtracted from the total of what you owe, then later on when it's time for another monthly payment, the account will show you haven't made a payment and tack on a late fee of 70$. No matter how desperate you are, get a loan from a different place.
In addition to the above, they also lost my title or "never received it" from the State of Alabama.
These guys are modern day loan sharks.
