The owners always there ro make sure ee got taking care of
Burnt holes in a pair of pants after two times of being taken there. When I returned to show them what happen and asked for the pants to be replaced they informed me the owner would get in contact with me. I still have yet to hear from the owner and have went in multiple times to ask the status and no one will give me a straight answer. And no one seems to know where the owner is.
I have not had any issue's. So far great service.
Today I noticed the jacket I needed/wanted was sent to the cleaners. I called and the River Stone staff told me my order was not ready but offered to pull the jacket and clean and have ready for me within the next hour for my meeting. Well played River Stone staff. Very grateful! Happy Customer!
