The beach is clean. It has some big rocks but is mostly red clay.
This particular launch point for boats and other watercraft is pretty good but I just feel as though security does not do an efficient job on watching what people are doing by the ramp. For instance on our particular last outing of riding the jet skis a few individuals were actually skinning their fish and throwing the dead carcasses right into the water where the ramp is so therefore when we backed are Traeger down into the water we were literally standing in the water with floating fish carcasses everywhere this is not acceptable and I feel as though things like this should be addressed. Hopefully security and park Security will be more tentative and monitor what is going on at the ramps more. I would still recommend this launch point but just be careful you never know at this particular location what you're getting into when you launch your boat what's in the water essentially there was also glass bottles so just be careful and be cognisant about your surroundings.
Do U' REMEMBER' A BATH HOUSE & SWIM BEACH... I DO'!!!

The ramp gets pretty busy on the weekends.
Kayaks can be put in from the ramp or the beach. There are only composting toilets here.
